User ID and Password

Use or sharing of your participant account with another user is not permitted and is cause for immediate blocking of your access to the website, the Services, Content and Course ware also it may lead to termination of this Agreement.

On-line Examination

A proctor is a person that oversees someone taking an exam. These two people are not physically in the same room but remote proctoring of examinations will be done by proctor, the student takes their entire exam on a computer and the proctor watches them from an online video camera. Students who enrolled for the class are only authorized to take the test.

Cancellation and Refunds: On-line Training

• If the cancellation is done by the student within 48 hours of subscribing, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted as an administration fee.
• If the cancellation is done by the student after 48 hours of subscribing No Refund will be initiated.
• No refund will be made to the student if the full access of the course is granted to the student after taking the confirmation on the email even if the student raises a cancellation request with-in 48 hours.

Shipment Policy

Once the confirmation of the shipping address is taken, shipment will be released on the same day, within 7 working days books will be received by the student.
